Report a Concern

Customer feedback and involvement is a key to the Athens-Clarke Stormwater Program. Please fill out this form to report any stormwater flooding or water quality problems. These may be on your property or elsewhere in the county. Also, feel free to contact us during the week at 706-613-3440.

There are three ways you can submit this form to us:
