It can sometimes be difficult to determine if you have a ditch or a stream on your property. Some streams only have water in them a few times a year, but they are still protected by local and federal regulations. Use this document as an identification guidline, but call ACC Stormwater at (706) 613-3440 before begining any contruction or home improvements near a "ditch" that could actually be a stream.
