Paying your Stormwater Utility Bill
Payments in Person
Cash, check, or money orders are accepted for Stormwater Utility payments. Credit or debit card payments are not accepted at this time.
Stormwater Utility customers can pay their bills in person at either of the following locations:

Both offices are open Monday - Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
These locations also accept Athens-Clarke County water utility and sanitation service payments.

Payment Amounts
All utility customers are asked to pay the billed utility charge on a quarterly basis. Customers who prefer to pay their utility charge annually may choose to pay for future service periods in advance.
Payments received after the due date printed on your utility bill are subject to a late payment fee.
Please do not combine payments for Stormwater Utility and Water Utility accounts. Combined payments will be returned and may result in the application of late fees to both utility accounts.

The ACC Stormwater Utility hopes to offer online and direct withdrawal payment options in the future. Please be patient as we work to develop these services.
